GOALS
Educate men at risk of developing preventable chronic diseases Provide
free screenings to detect early signs of disease/illness Provide a unique
point of entry into the healthcare system for the target population Provide
a forum for the exchange of ideas and strategies among invested community
partners.
SUMMIT FEATURES

Males Summit A unique forum designed to engage young men,
male celebrities and community leaders in intergenerational dialogue.

Up Bike Ride Local motorcycle clubs will circle the Greater
Jacksonville Area, increasing awareness of the need for men to “Man-Up”
for their health.

Up Health Summit Free preventive screenings (Blood Pressure,
Diabetes, HIV & STD, Prostate Cancer, Vision, Hearing, etc.),
Celebrity speakers and interactive health exhibits specifically designed
to meet the needs of males living in Duval County.
